Reply to this post with anything you'd like and I'll tell you why I friended you and two things I love about how you play your muse. The only catch? You have to repost this as well.

May not answer this right away due to real life pulling me away, but if you comment I will respond.

WHEE for Abby!!!

I think Elle actually friended Abby first but I love reading her and her various 'verses. I know she and Abby don't interact much, they tend to run in different circles but in some ways they are on a parallel journey. Elle and her abilities/Abby learning to cop with the fact that people have those sorts of abilities in the first place.

And despite the depth and angst in some of Elle's prompts, she can still be fun and upbeat when she does talk to Abby.

Random SWS thread and she volunteered to (bravely) help turn Abby into something resembling a female in a dress for a formal function.

I love that she can be cracky goodness as well as serious mofo when she needs to be.

Abby and Elizabeth need to have another thread together that goes beyond exchanging bloggish comments.

Hmm, I just love the way she treads the line of sanity oh so carefully. She knows when to rein it in and when she doesn't have to censor her self.

Elizabeth is screwing off to Barcelona at the end of the month, clearly Abby owes her for that date assist and should help her pack. ...actually I'm pretty sure neither of them would go for that. BUT we should totes with the threading, I am a fan.

Also thank you! Elizabeth is v.v. self-aware for someone so terrified of her emotions. \m/

Shall I just reply here and let you talk about whichever of the herd you want? ;)

Okay, this is going to take forever and a year:

Friending meme of hilarity where he could have broken my Abby and instead charmed her (scared the shit out of her but eh well, we know she harps on that enough herself, I don't need to)

1. First off, and this applies to all of your muses, I love your writing style and ability to craft a damned good story. This carries over into how you play him, his voice and his mannerisms.

2. I love that he's old, but he's not stale. Canon-wise he didn't do a certain amount of maturing until recently (recent being relative given his age) and it shows in some subtle ways. He also has the infinite patience to deal with my asshole muse which speaks volumes about the character and you as a mun.

I want to write bandfic for his ass. Ugh.

1. You know, because I tell you often, that I am utterly intrigued with his experiences on stage in front of an audience. You have a very interesting concept at play there and I enjoy watching it develop (and giving you my own thoughts on it--hey it's all about me me me ;))

2. You've taken the canon for Ruairi and the wee bit of canon for the boys and pulled very distinct voices and personalities out of it for them. Rory is possibly my favorite simply from the amount of interaction I have with him.

Hey we know how to say her name now!

1. I don't know if I love her more for the meta conversations with Abby (lord the pigging out conversation) or the fact that she's just so alive and out there in her own right.

2. Cait is the perfect balance to her brothers in a lot of ways. I tend to see the boys as a bit old fashioned and in the case of biggest brother, with a stick up his arse--sideways. Not Cait, she seems unabashedly of the here and now and perhaps it's her relative youth but whatever it is, it makes her a good counter to the rest of them.

Jansen still wants a tattoo--oh wait, sorry. This isn't about me and mine.

1. He probably amuses me the most with his 'hippy dippy' ways. The flock of animals and the art and the magic. He has that ethereal quality to him required for the role you've given the youngest puca boy.

2. I haven't had as much to do with Tadhg as some of the others but I enjoy his interactions with various other muses, he always seems secretly bemused by something.

Insert salacious comment here.

1. It feels weird to say this about someone else's muse, but I feel oddly qualified to comment on the boy and spoiled by that too. He's a fantastic character with a quiet strength to him. He reminds me most of Ruairi, albeit far more serious and grounded. Most of his actions and development have taken place via AIM between he and my OC (lord, what if she'd have called Da instead?) and I feel like the rest of the people who read your puca herd are being cheated of some greatness because of that. No one else gets to really see Anrai.

2. He plays it close to the vest. There's a lot underneath that he's holding onto and you get the sense that he's a man of deep feeling--even if he would rather not address it. Anyone that keeps notebooks of poetry and sketches is a romantic at heart. I adore him.

Feck off and die you trolloping outTrodd heifer.

Sorry, that was Sue, again.

1. She's hilarious.

2. She gives me something to do with Sue.

Ahhh, that friending meme ... who knew it would spark off the cross-cultural romance to end all cross-cultural romances? *<3 them* I love the way Ruairi sees so much in Abby that she refuses to see in herself.

Oh, pigging out convo, how I love thee! One of soooo many IM convos between your muses and mine that are just begging to be posted. GIRL TALK YO. And yes, she is so very here and now and into life, it makes her a joy to write.

And that Rory-Cait Tadhg convo WILL be posted before the weekend's out, dammit ...

... not to mention bios for the three boys. You're quite right, I do need to get Anrai out and circulating, private puca boy or no. *pets him* The thing I love most about this meme is seeing how other people "get" my muses ... sometimes you even see things that I hadn't even verbalized to myself yet, but are still true. ^_^

Yes, Mac-mun still wants to know when you plan to bring Sue into Area 42, though of course both Caroline and Mac say there's absolutely no need to rush. *cough*
[identity profile] abbytude.livejournal.com on June 7th, 2008 02:49 am (UTC)
That whole zombie mess and then real life mess just sorta put Sue on hold. Mac Mun must think I am a total bozo.

Speaking of puca boys...I owe Tadhg a header/user info thingy. Cait and Ruairi too...

Will miss Rory and Anrai's gooftastic bios of the moment though ;)

I will have to write bandfic if Breaker Street takes off. It scares me. Because I so will write it.
